Party AI Overhaul is a mod for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord that will give you control over recruitment.
What is it?
You can talk to a clan party to get a better idea of the composition plan and see what the best strategy for the current battle would be.
When you're done, you will be able to choose the type of troop you want to recruit, the number of soldiers, and the location of the town or castle where you want to place them.
It also adds patrol and free-roam orders with many optional instructions.
This mod is easy to install and should be compatible with almost everything.
